About the Role

As a Legal Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of inbound phone calls, greeting clients, sorting and filing legal and tax documentation, maintaining records in the firm's CRM and case management systems, generating reports, and performing general clerical duties to support attorneys and staff.

About You

Required:

Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a clerical, administrative, or receptionist role.
Strong clerical background with proven organizational skills.
Comfortable handling phones, documentation, and data entry.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Preferred:

Prior experience in a tax, legal, or accounting environment.
Familiarity with Intuit ProConnect and/or QuickBooks.
Experience with THS or similar tax systems.
General tax background or exposure to tax documentation.
