- Bachelor's degree required.
- A minimum of two years’ management experience and three years’ relevant legal, personnel or recruitment experience.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent written and analytical skills, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task.
- Strong oral communication and inter-personal skills.
- Strong technical skills on applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, LawCruit, and viDesktop.
- Experience with WebEx and Flo Recruit.
