As a Legal Secretary, you will be responsible for preparing and formatting legal filings, managing electronic filings with state and federal courts, maintaining client matters, conducting legal research, and coordinating attorney schedules. About You
Required:
- Minimum of 3 years litigation experience, including familiarity with legal filing and e-filing processes.
- Knowledge of New York and New Jersey state and federal court procedures and rules.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Strong typing skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Current Notary Public License.
- A collaborative attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
