As a Legal Support Assistant, you will be responsible for greeting clients, managing conference room reservations, ordering supplies, filing court documents, and assisting with administrative functions. You will also handle mail distribution, prepare expense reports, and support IT setups.
About You
Required:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or two years related experience and/or training.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Ability to balance competing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Professional appearance and demeanor with a commitment to providing exceptional client service.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
