As a Lenel System Administrator 2, you will be responsible for daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly system administration tasks to maintain high availability of a Lenel based access control system. Duties include verifying and maintaining system backups, performing Windows Server and Lenel system administration tasks, providing training and support to system users, and troubleshooting system performance issues. You will also work with engineering and integrators on new system design and provide tier II/III support for customer issues.

About You

Required:

Active SECRET Clearance is REQUIRED.
2+ Years of Experience with a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Risk Management, Cybersecurity preferred.
6+ Years of Experience with an Associate's Degree in Information Technology, Risk Management, Cybersecurity preferred.
8+ Years of Experience with a High School Diploma.
System administrator experience in performing triage on system problems, resolving the system problems, analyzing system data to prevent problems, implementing new workstations, and system extensions.
Understanding of Windows patching and vulnerability remediation.
Basic knowledge of Windows active directory hierarchy and implementation.
Basic knowledge of large scale networking, VLANS and routing.
Reliable attendance at customer site during work hours required by customer.
Ability to work flexible shifts that may include occasional nights, weekends and holidays.
Security + Certification.
Knowledge of Lenel architectures and hardware.
Experience troubleshooting and maintaining Microsoft Windows Servers and workstations.
