Summary
Compucom Staffing is seeking a Level 3 Technician to join their team onsite in Austin, TX. The role involves providing advanced technical support and managing client interactions.
About the Role
As a Level 3 Technician, you will be responsible for installing and configuring operating systems on client laptops, migrating client data, performing advanced break/fix support for software and hardware issues, managing tickets in the client's database, processing returned assets, and assisting with inventory audits. You will frequently interact with clients both in person and through various communication channels.
About You
Required:
- Minimum 3+ years of technical experience.
- Excellent customer service skills and strong written/verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Windows 10.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. solo and perform physical tasks such as walking, sitting, standing, crawling, and kneeling for extended periods.
