Texas Instruments is seeking a LFAB Device & Process Integration Branch Manager to join their team in Lehi, UT. The role involves leading the Process Integration team in a state-of-the-art semiconductor manufacturing facility.
About the Role
As the LFAB Device & Process Integration Branch Manager, you will be responsible for ownership of parametric performance and yield improvement, driving operational focus on parametric test output evaluation, and leading the process integration team in semiconductor device monitoring and improvement activities. You will work closely with factory leadership to meet operational and strategic technology goals, and ensure effective solutions to technology issues in a fast-paced environment.
About You
Required:
- Masters or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or semiconductor-specific solid state physics.
- Experience working in a high-volume semiconductor factory with expertise in semiconductor devices and transition of new technology from introduction to production.
Preferred:
- Experience as a device or process integration manager in a high-volume semiconductor factory.
- Deep technical and practical understanding of semiconductor device physics and process integration.
