About the Role
As a Licensed Aviation Civil Engineer, you will prepare analysis reports for airport planning, design, and construction. You will manage project tasks, design and permitting, and construction coordination while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Your responsibilities include maintaining high-quality plans, monitoring project progress, budgets, and schedules, and building professional relationships with clients and contractors.
About You
Required:
- 4+ years of aviation engineering design experience.
- Professional Engineering (P.E.) License (or ability to obtain within 12 months).
- Strong AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or MicroStation experience.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with contract document preparation and cost estimating.
- Familiarity with FAA Advisory Circulars and Engineering Briefs.
- Familiarity with pavement design and FAAR Field Design Software.
- Ability to work in a team and mentor junior staff.
