About the Role
As a Licensed Behavioral Health Staff, you will be responsible for conducting immediate crisis assessments, developing individualized crisis safety plans, and providing follow-up intervention and stabilization services. You will work collaboratively with first responders and community stakeholders to ensure effective crisis management and stabilization within the community. The position requires participation in 24/7 mobile emergency responses and adherence to established protocols for crisis intervention.
About You
Required:
- Holds a license for one of the following: Licensed professional counselor, Licensed professional clinical counselor, Independent social worker, or similar.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Geographically located to assure a 60-minute response to an immediate need.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license in the state of residence, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle.
Preferred:
- Bi-lingual skills (Spanish) a plus.
- Familiarity with area resources.
- Highly organized and effectively manages multiple priorities simultaneously.
