About the Role
As a Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician, you will provide individual and group therapy sessions, develop and implement behavioral health programs, collaborate with HR and management to foster a supportive work environment, conduct assessments, and educate employees on mental health and self-care. You will also ensure compliance with laws and maintain confidentiality.
About You
Required:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
- Current state license to practice as a Behavioral Health Clinician.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, preferably in a role related to behavioral health.
- Experience working with individuals in high-stress environments, preferably in the finance industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
- Strong understanding of the unique mental health challenges faced by finance professionals.
- Ability to develop and implement effective, evidence-based interventions.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding professional standards.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high caseload effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
- Passion for helping others and making a positive impact in the workplace.
