About the Role
As a Licensed Benefit Enrollment Specialist, you will handle both inbound and outbound calls, provide clear information on eligibility and program benefits, complete and verify enrollment applications, and resolve customer inquiries. You will also participate in sales prospecting activities and collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience.
About You
Required:
- Active Life and Health License is required.
- Proven experience in a customer service or call center role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in enrollment or healthcare-related programs.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
