About the Role
As a Licensed Clinical Behavioral Health Professional, you will use a strengths-based approach to support patient well-being, provide psychotherapy or counseling, help patients gain insight and set goals, identify and diagnose psychological issues, apply evidence-based interventions, counsel patients on various issues, collaborate on treatment goals, participate in clinical care team activities, and maintain accurate patient records.
About You
Required:
- Master's Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or equivalent field of study.
- Licensed mental health clinician (LCSW, LPC, LPCC, LMHC, LMFT, LPCMH, LCPC).
- 4+ years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Prior counseling experience in behavioral mental health treatment.
Preferred:
- Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS) certification within 12 months of hire.
- Experience in crisis management and cultural competence.
- Previous clinical experiences in integrated behavioral health settings.
