Summary
Premise Health is seeking a Full Time Licensed Clinical Behavioral Health Professional to provide care at Textron Aviation in Wichita, KS.
About the Role
As a Licensed Clinical Behavioral Health Professional, you will support patient well-being using a strengths-based approach, provide psychotherapy or counseling to individuals, groups, couples, or families, and help patients gain insight and set goals for personal and social development. You will diagnose psychological issues, apply evidence-based interventions, counsel patients on various issues, collaborate on treatment goals, and participate in clinical care team activities.
About You
Required:
- Master's Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or equivalent field of study.
- Licensed mental health clinician (LCSW, LPC, LPCC, LMHC, LMFT, LPCMH, LCPC).
- 4+ years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Prior counseling experience in behavioral mental health treatment.
Preferred:
- Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS) certification within 12 months of hire.
- Experience in crisis management and cultural competence.
- Previous clinical experiences in integrated behavioral health settings.
