About the Role
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), you will conduct comprehensive evaluations, assess the social and emotional needs of patients and their families, and set measurable objectives in collaboration with the rehabilitation team. You will provide direct social work intervention, assist patients in utilizing community resources, and regularly reassess treatment plans to ensure effectiveness. Communication with the treatment team and documentation of patient progress are also key responsibilities.
About You
Required:
- Master's Degree in Social Work or Marriage and Family Therapy (LCSW, MSW, MFCC, or LPC).
- Current Social Work or Marriage and Family Therapist licensure/certification in the state(s) of practice.
- A minimum of one year of experience in a rehabilitation setting serving individuals with traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, or other acute diagnoses.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) First Aid and CPR certifications.
- Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
