- Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (L.C.S.W.) certificate for clinical practice in the State of Utah or current license to practice as a Certified Social Worker in the State of Utah.
- Current RQI Healthcare Provider eCredential through the University of Utah Health RQI system to be obtained within 30 days of hire.
- Demonstrated human relations and effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and resolve conflicts.
