About the Role
About You
- Master's degree and an independent license in an appropriate human service field.
- Massachusetts independent license (i.e. LMHC; LICSW; LMFT; LADC I).
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Experience working with youth and families in a therapeutic/clinical setting.
- Ability to perform differential diagnosis and use DSM-V criteria.
- Valid driver's license and availability of a vehicle.
- Experience in clinical supervision and knowledge of various supervision models.
- Familiarity with ethical mandates and legal issues in clinical supervision.
