About the Role
As a Licensed Clinical Therapist - EAP, you will be responsible for individual, family, and group counseling of EAP and clinical clients. You will provide telehealth services, conduct diagnostic assessments, and develop training materials. Your role includes crisis intervention, consultation with leadership, and maintaining clinical documentation according to Harbor's policies.
About You
Required:
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related Behavioral/Mental health field from an accredited college or university.
- Independent license to practice as a Social Worker/Counselor/Psychologist in Ohio (LISW, LPCC, Ph.D).
- Good documentation, treatment, and assessment skills.
- Proficient in computer use, including Microsoft Word.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
Preferred:
- Experience in Employee Assistance Programming for outpatient settings.
- Licensure in chemical dependency or experience in treating substance use disorders.
- Prior experience facilitating trainings.
- SAP qualification.
- CEAP certification within 1 year of employment.
