About You
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Mental Health, Psychology or an acceptable related field.
- Licensed as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT).
- Experience with evidence-based therapy models.
- Familiarity with assessments such as GAD7, PHQ9, SBIRT, and MDQ.

Heart of Florida Health Center, formerly known as Community Health Services, became a Federally- Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in March 2009 with the addition of dental and behavioral health services. For over 18 years, Munroe Regional Medical Center (MRMC) and Ocala Regional Medical Center (ORMC) generously provided the financial support that made healthcare available through the CHS clinic. In 2007, the Marion County Commissioners and the Florida Department of Health Marion County also began providing funding assistance to expand the range of services offered.
