About You
- Master's degree and a valid LCSW/LMFT/LCPC license in the state of application.
- Two years of counseling and therapy experience.
- Strong medical knowledge and understanding of documentation (CMS, Medicare, Medicaid).
- Ability to work as a team member with a positive attitude.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Mental Health diagnoses and therapeutic approaches.
- Experience in the healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of Medicare Benefit and commercial insurance plans.
- Passion for working with older adults.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Experience in the nursing home space.
