About the Role
As a Licensed Counselor or Social Worker, you will assess the strengths and needs of individuals and families, provide and coordinate clinical and social services, maintain documentation, and participate in program evaluation and team meetings. You will also meet billing productivity requirements and carry out quality assurance activities.
About You
Required:
- Licensure as a Counselor (LPC) or Social Worker (LSW) is required.
- Must meet requirements for licensure as defined by the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker and Marriage & Family Therapist Board.
- Demonstrated high degree of cultural awareness.
- Experience with multi-need individuals and families.
- Broad knowledge of community service systems.
- Able to effectively communicate through verbal/written expression.
- Must be able to operate in an Internet-based, automated office environment.
Preferred:
- Independent licensure (LPCC/LISW) is strongly preferred.
