As a Licensed Customer Service Representative, you will perform advanced customer service activities, support a complex suite of products, and resolve customer inquiries across multiple channels. You will maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, document interactions, and may serve as a coach or mentor to the customer service team.
About You
Required:
- Associates degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of related experience in customer service.
Preferred:
- FINRA Series 7 and 63 (or 66) licenses.
- Strong skills in customer interactions, decision making, and relationship building.
