About the Role
As a Licensed Global Investing Specialist, you will support Schwab's domestic and international clients who trade on exchanges outside of the U.S. You will be part of a diverse team that emphasizes continuous learning and outstanding client service, while participating in a world-class training program to enhance your knowledge of foreign markets.
About You
Required:
- Series 7 and 63 licenses required
- 1-2 years of experience in Client Service, Financial Services and/or Brokerage Services
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Current or previous contact center experience
- Previous experience in customer service, client support and problem resolution skills
- Proven analytical skills with the ability to effectively mitigate risk and adhere to trading accuracy while adhering to policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Strong U.S trading experience, or familiarity with the securities industry and an understanding of options and equities
