About the Role
As a Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for building your own book of business while providing excellent service to clients. Your daily tasks will include educating clients on coverage options, generating quotes, binding new policies, managing renewals, and maintaining compliance with regulations. You will also track performance and growth with the support of the leadership team.
About You
Required:
- Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.
- 1+ year of experience in insurance sales or service.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Organized, self-motivated, and confident working both independently and on a team.
Preferred:
- Experience quoting across multiple carriers.
- Background in commercial trucking policies or transportation-related insurance.
- Bilingual or multilingual.
- Familiarity with personal lines (auto, homeowners, renters, etc.).
