About the Role
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will establish positive rapport with patients, diagnose mental health disorders, create individualized treatment plans, conduct ongoing assessments, and involve family members when appropriate. You will also plan outreach and referral activities in surrounding communities.
About You
Required:
- Masters Level Degree or higher in related fields.
- Full, unencumbered LMFT, LCSW, LMFT or Psychologist license.
- 2+ years' experience with providing diagnostic assessment and therapy services.
- Ability to work as a team member and cooperatively.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Preferred:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills.
- Electronic Health Record (EHR) proficiency, preferably with NextGen.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in various software applications.
