About the Role
As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will provide diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, therapy, counseling, and support services for a diverse caseload including adults, adolescents, and families. Services may be provided via telehealth, outpatient offices, and community-based settings. You will be responsible for developing treatment plans, maintaining therapeutic relationships, responding to mental health emergencies, and coordinating community resources.
About You
Required:
- LSW, LPC, LMFT or LCDC III license and related educational requirement.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited program.
- Knowledge of human behavior and performance, psychological research methods, and treatment of behavioral disorders.
- Effective interpersonal skills and ability to form relationships with diverse populations.
Preferred:
- Experience in providing individual, family, and group counseling.
- Proficient computer skills, including Electronic Health Records and Microsoft Office Suite.
