About the Role
About You
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Family Therapy, or related fields.
- Clinical Mental Health Trauma Counseling Training.
- Post-internship field experience working with youth with mental health disorders.
- Experience in treatment planning, goal setting, and progress notes.
- Knowledge of various counseling approaches: CBT, REBT, Gestalt, DBT, and Trauma Response.
- Valid driver's license and registered vehicle.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Experience working with children ages 3-20.
- Experience with children with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD).
- Willingness to complete Crisis Intervention Training.
- Flexibility to work weekends.
