About You
- Current and active LNHA license in the state of New Jersey.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Administrator in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility.
- Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations governing long-term care.
- Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Track record of successful survey outcomes and operational performance.
