About the Role
As the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, you will report directly to the Executive Director and be accountable for financial health, quality of healthcare services, employee and resident satisfaction, and regulatory compliance. Your responsibilities will include managing financial metrics, ensuring high-quality healthcare, maintaining regulatory compliance, and fostering staff engagement and resident satisfaction.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.
- Active IL Nursing Home Administrator license.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Healthcare Administrator.
- Experience in Skilled Nursing / Long Term care.
- Experience with Medicare.
Preferred:
- Experience mentoring and developing staff.
- Understanding of clinical operations.
- Experience in a multi-site organization.
- Experience building relationships in a matrix organization.
