About the Role
As a Licensed Optician, you will assist patients in selecting spectacles, educate them on lens options, calculate insurance co-pays, and maintain inventory in the optical retail area. You will also perform spectacle adjustments, troubleshoot patient concerns, and ensure timely delivery of orders while creating a fun shopping environment.
About You
Required:
- Licensure through the Ohio Vision Professionals Board.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively.
Preferred:
- Experience in optical retail or a similar environment.
- Creative design skills for maintaining displays of optical merchandise.
