About the Role

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be part of an interdisciplinary team focused on delivering compassionate quality care. Your responsibilities will include providing skilled nursing care as directed by the attending physician, monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, and educating patients and their families on health management. You will work autonomously and manage your time efficiently while adhering to agency policies and procedures.
