Summary
Circle the City is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide quality nursing services at the Medical Respite Center in the Greater Phoenix Area.
About the Role
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for planning care, implementing treatments, and evaluating the delivery of care according to regulatory guidelines. Your duties will include assisting patients with medication management, performing venipuncture and IV medication administration, conducting lab tests, and maintaining accurate documentation in electronic health records. You will also support the maintenance of clinical environments and act as a resource for Respite Assistants.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing with a current Arizona license in good standing.
- Certified in IV therapy and phlebotomy skills.
- Minimum one (1) year experience in medical/surgical hospital, outpatient, home health, or public health care.
- Competent in basic nursing knowledge of illnesses and treatments.
- Basic Life Support certification required (BLS).
Preferred:
- Understanding of substance and mental health issues.
- Computer proficiency including the use of electronic health records.

Circle the City is nationally recognized for its innovative continuum of care which includes outpatient care, recuperative respite care, and mobile medical care. Circle the City provides healthcare to approximately 8,000 people a year.
