Summary
Tandym Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their Opioid Treatment Program in the Bronx, providing care to individuals recovering from opioid misuse.
About the Role
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will assist with patient care, including taking vital signs and performing blood draws. You will administer methadone and injections, record and report patient data, prepare medication for self-administration, and collaborate with the medical team while following established protocols. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
About You
Required:
- 1+ years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
- NYS Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- BLS certification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHR.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Ability to work with diverse populations.
Preferred:
- Experience in Behavioral Health settings.
- Additional certifications in Substance Abuse and/or Mental Health.
- Familiarity with Addiction Recovery programs.
Benefits

- Full-time schedule with Monday to Friday shifts and occasional Saturdays.
