About the Role
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be responsible for performing tasks such as taking vital signs, updating patient history, collecting lab specimens, administering medications, and assisting with exams. You will also document patient information in EMR systems, collaborate with the care team, and participate in outreach efforts to support Nest families.
About You
Required:
- Successful completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program.
- Fluency in English.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- US work authorization.
- 1 year of vital signs and phlebotomy experience.
- 1 year of EMR systems experience.
- Active BLS certification.
Preferred:
- Experience in counseling, community work, or community health activities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
