As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will support pediatric patients in their homes, working closely with registered nurses and clinical leadership. Your responsibilities will include providing skilled nursing care, maintaining meaningful patient relationships, and ensuring that care is delivered with confidence and consistency. You will have access to 24/7 clinical support and will be part of a team that values stability and support in making a difference in children's lives.
About You
Required:
- Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License.
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF).
- Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online).
- Valid driver's license.
- G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train.
