About the Role
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care in your assigned unit. Your duties will include administering medications, maintaining records, facilitating resident admissions and discharges, and providing professional nursing services. You will also supervise nursing personnel, address complaints, and uphold consumer rights while presenting a professional image.
About You
Required:
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing or completion of an approved LPN program with current LPN licensure in the state of practice.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and willingness to supervise both professional and nonprofessional personnel.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking the English language.
