About the Role
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be responsible for implementing and modifying the tenant Plan of Care, collecting and reporting resident health data, and assigning and monitoring nursing tasks of unlicensed staff. Your role is crucial in supporting residents to achieve and maintain their physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
About You
Required:
- Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
- Current Minnesota License as a Practical Nurse.
- Current Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and emergency care.
