About You
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing (Iowa or ability to activate).
- Valid CPR certification.
- Completion of a State-approved LPN Supervisory Course or willingness to complete within the first 90 days of employment.
- Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for resident-centered care.
