Summary
Seven Hills Community Services, an Affiliate of Seven Hills Foundation, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide individual medical support and education to program participants in Bourne, MA.
About the Role
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will assess and coordinate healthcare services, communicate medical updates, accompany individuals to medical appointments, document nursing interventions, and maintain health records. You will also train staff on medication administration policies and promote safety and dignity for all individuals supported.
About You
Required:
- LPN or RN with current MA license.
- Associate's degree required.
- 1 – 3 years of related experience.
- Valid US Driver’s License and clean driving record.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of medication administration procedures and familiarity with the Medication Administration Program (MAP).
- Strong clinical documentation skills and familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
