About the Role
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for the ongoing care of patients undergoing dialysis treatment. Your duties will include direct patient care, monitoring patient conditions, and collaborating with dialysis RNs. You will work 3-4 days a week, with possible travel to cover other skilled nursing facilities, and will be required to work alternating Saturdays.
About You
Required:
- Current LPN-LVN license in the state of practice.
- Current CPR certification.
- IV certification if required by state regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred:
- Minimum of one year's experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.
