About the Role
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be responsible for delivering nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to meet the physical and behavioral health needs of incarcerated patients. You will work closely with Registered Nurses and other medical staff, responding to a variety of health concerns and ensuring compliance with health regulations.
About You
Required:
- Licensed LPN with an active license to practice in Maryland.
- Ability to obtain a security clearance, including drug screen and criminal background check.
- Certification in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)/BLS.
Preferred:
- Minimum of one year of work experience as an LPN in a community outpatient clinic, hospital, or long-term care facility.
- Experience in corrections.
