About the Role
As a Licensed Practical Nurse Detox, you will be responsible for completing admission histories, medication reconciliations, administering medications, and providing general nursing care to patients. You will work under the supervision of Registered Nurses and Physicians, participating in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care. Your duties will also include reporting safety issues, assisting with procedures, and documenting nursing observations according to hospital policy.
About You
Required:
- Valid NJ state license to practice practical nursing.
- BLS certification.
Preferred:
- IV phlebotomy certification.
- Relevant experience and/or training in a healthcare setting.
