- Active Florida LPN licensure with successful completion of the NCLEX-PN.
- Medication administration, injections, phlebotomy, and specimen handling skills.
- Strong clinical assessment and patient-monitoring skills.
- Proficiency with EHR/EMR systems.
- Previous clinical or healthcare experience.
- Experience in outpatient or primary care settings.
