About the Role
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for coordinating, implementing, and evaluating the care plans for residents/patients. You will ensure adherence to care standards, manage safety in the environment, and supervise nursing assistants. The position requires following all center policies and performing duties as defined by the State Nurse Practice Act.
About You
Required:
- Licensed in the State as an LPN
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to use necessary medical supplies and equipment
- Ability to calculate drug dosage
- Meets all health requirements imposed by law
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn company applications
