About the Role
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Home Health, you will provide individualized nursing care, teach and supervise patients and their families, and ensure continuity of care. You will perform technical nursing skills, execute physician's orders, and maintain clinical records while conducting home visits in the Hardee County area.
About You
Required:
- High School Graduate or equivalent.
- Vocational training in an Accredited School of Licensed Practical Nursing.
- Current state LPN licensure.
- Active American Heart Association BLS certification.
- Valid in-state Driver's License with current car insurance.
- IV Certified.
