About the Role
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be responsible for patient assessment and care planning, providing direct patient care, implementing patient education initiatives, performing delegated nursing tasks, overseeing patient scheduling, ensuring follow-up care, participating in quality improvement initiatives, and coordinating with medical and nursing leaders to ensure seamless patient care.
About You
Required:
- Graduate from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program.
- Current licensure as a Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of employment.
- Active CPR certification.
- Familiarity with state laws and regulations governing LPN practice.
- Ability to pass a background check, security clearance, and drug screening.
Preferred:
- Successful completion of initial and annual clinical competencies to demonstrate required skills for the role.
