You will also be responsible for preparing treatment materials and completing documentation accurately and timely.
About You
Required:
- One year of clinical LPN experience.
- Current LPN license specific to the state of employment.
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and liability insurance.
