About the Role
As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Hackensack Meridian Health, you will supervise and assign tasks to CNAs, follow nursing care plans, maintain accurate patient records, and provide emotional support to patients. You will also identify changes in patient conditions, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and participate in continuing education to maintain professional competence.
About You
Required:
- Completion of an approved LPN program.
- Current with all Continuing Education (CE) requirements.
- NJ LPN License.
Preferred:
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Long-term care facility experience.
- Prior work experience with geriatric and disabled populations.
- Bilingual (Spanish).
- BLS/CPR certification by American Heart Association required within 60 days of hire.
- IV Certification.
