About the Role
As a Licensed Primary Therapist, you will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, provide one-on-one counseling, facilitate group therapy sessions, engage families in the treatment process, maintain accurate client records, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care. You will also respond to clients in crisis and participate in ongoing professional development.
About You
Required:
- Licensed Clinician (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT) or Registered Intern in the state of Florida.
- +1 year of experience working with individuals with a mental health and substance abuse diagnosis.
- Proficiency with EMRs, LOCUS, ASAM, AHCA, DCF, and Joint Commission.
Preferred:
- Bilingual Preferred
- Experience in group facilitation and working with a multidisciplinary team.
- Well-versed in a variety of evidence-based modalities (e.g., DBT, CBT, MI).
