As a Licensed Small Commercial Insurance Inside/Inbound Sales Consultant, you will join a nationally recognized team where your consultative skills help protect small businesses. Your responsibilities will include taking inbound phone calls, pre-qualifying applicants, consulting on various small business lines coverage, and working collaboratively in a high-performing sales culture. You will also manage your desk effectively while delivering timely outcomes to customers and providing tailored insurance solutions.
About You
Required:
- Active commercial Property & Casualty license is required.
- 2+ years of recent Property & Casualty or Personal Lines experience.
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to negotiate and sell effectively.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstration of solid time, organizational, and desk management skills.
Preferred:
- Call center experience valued.
- Competitive nature and strong desire to win.
- High speed broadband cable internet service with minimum upload/download speeds of 100MB download/10MB upload.
