About the Role
As a Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, you will provide therapy and wellness services for older adults, conduct assessments, create personalized care plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions. You will support care coordination through wellness check-ins and telehealth, maintain professional standards, and contribute to program development aimed at maximizing residents' independence and satisfaction.
About You
Required:
- Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).
- Strong clinical skills with a collaborative spirit.
